I’m really considering becoming a vegetarian.

We saw this documentary in health and it really made me think about becoming a vegetarian. I feel bad for the animals, but eating a dead animal is natural so it’s more than that. The documentary just got me thinking about what’s actually in the food I eat, and I want to be a lot healthier than I am now. It’s going to be really hard though since absolutely no one in my family is a vegetarian, which means less of a support system.
